...a note about our company

When choosing a contractor there are many things to take into consideration before making a final decision. We would like to mention a few facts about Black Diamond Roofing, Inc. to familiarize you with our company and the way we do business.

Job Time Frame

We will get your project completed in a timely manner. Some jobs may take only a day to complete. Others may take longer depending on the scope of work required. We do not sacrifice job quality and employee safety to save time. We work as efficiently as possible without taking shortcuts to ensure that the roof installation will meet our high standards and your expectations.

Quality Control

A job foreman or company owner will be onsite at all times. Each crew member has been selected and personally trained by Don Morton, the owner of Black Diamond Roofing, Inc. Don has 17 years of hands on experience as well as ample expertise on a wide range of roofing products, roof systems and installation techniques.

Qualifications

Your contractor should be licensed and bonded with the State of Washington as well as the city in which the work will be performed. Verify that your contractor has a current state license and bond by logging onto the Labor & Industries website http://www.wa.gov/lni/home/virtual.htm. Investigate the job history and work ethic of your contractor. We will provide you with a list of some of our previous jobs for you to view and encourage you to contact our references.

Price

We are competitive in price, but we will not always be the lowest bid. The reason for that is our commitment to quality and workmanship. We simply will not sacrifice either. Be certain that you are comparing apples to apples when comparing proposals. Roofing material and product warranties can greatly influence cost. If you would like other options than those listed on your proposal, do not hesitate to call us. For a lot of people the bottom line is price. That's O.K. for some things, but when you are protecting an investment, quality should be first and foremost.
